Tropical Gulf Acres, FL is an area south of Punta Gorda that is seeing a lot of growth. Land and homes area very reasonable in Tropical Gulf Acres. While still somewhat rural, it won’t be long before Punta Gorda and Burnt Store are growing right into Tropical Gulf Acres.
